The Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine and Yanagawa River boat pass is great, very convenient, and you can even exchange it for plum blossom rice cakes. Thumbs up! 👍
Our tour guide, Xiangrong, provided friendly and attentive service, taking care of every participant. The itinerary was well-planned, suitable for the whole family. The eel rice in Liuzhou is also delicious—don't miss it!
The tour was well-organized with perfect timing. Mr. EIICHI provided excellent and attentive service, and the driver drove smoothly. It was excellent value for money.
The grass turned into fog, and the Aso Boys event was temporarily suspended, which was a bit disappointing. However, the friendliness of the local merchants and the delicious souvenirs made up for the aforementioned shortcomings.
I recommend taking the boat in the morning, as the temperature isn't too hot yet and there's warm sunshine. The environment is peaceful, and the boatman's service is excellent. After disembarking, stroll around the area before having steamed eel rice. Take the 12 pm shuttle bus back to Yanagawa Station and head to Dazaifu. There are many snacks in Omotesando; you can try them. Nearby are Ichiran Ramen and Danbu Ramen.
I found the itinerary to be very well-planned, with appropriate time allotted at each stop. The driver held up signs at each drop-off point to inform everyone of the meeting time. I joined in mid-June, and because I was worried about the sun, I didn't buy a ticket for the Yanagawa cruise. In Yanagawa, I had a leisurely lunch, and then visited the nearby Sanju Shrine, where you can draw eel fortune slips (an attraction provided for those who didn't take the cruise). I was traveling with elderly people and children, and some attractions required multiple transfers and weren't very convenient to visit, so this tour was perfect. There were also convenient restrooms at each stop!
