  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • The chartered vehicle package is shared, and you will travel with other passengers in the same vehicle

  • Since the descent time is different for each person, we suggest you start descending early so you can arrive before the agreed return time

  • Taking a detour to Provincial Highway 18 will incur an additional charge of NT$ 2,000. Please pay the driver on-site

  • The pickup and drop-off time and location of the chartered vehicle package may be adjusted. The departure (or return) of the one-way package will require an additional fee. For additional information regarding whether there is an additional charge for the itinerary, please ask customer service

  • If the itinerary requires the B&B to be delivered to the trailhead the next morning, an additional 2,000 yuan will be charged. Please pay cash to the driver on site (please ask customer service for details of the itinerary).

  • During the journey, the driver may drop by some rest stops for toilet breaks and store runs. For rest stops exceeding an hour or for those who wish to hold gatherings, an additional fee of NT$ 300/hr will be charged

  • Adding a second pickup or drop-off location will cost an additional NT$ 300 per trip. For locations within the same county and city, the route must be within 3 kilometers to be considered on-route. If it exceeds 3 kilometers, a charge of NT$ 50 per kilometer will apply, following the same pattern for subsequent distances. For inter-county travel, distance calculation starts after leaving the highway

  • Certain hiking itineraries may require a local off-road shuttle transfer. You will need to personally arrange and book this service as it is not included in the package offer

  • The activities on the scheduled date may be subject to changes due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or transportation. These cases are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding on this

  • Those who choose to postpone cannot request a refund. For other eligible refund requests, a 10% handling fee will be charged. These are the following scenarios that will grant you a full refund or allow you to reschedule your trip: (1) The Central Weather Bureau issues a typhoon or heavy rain report, (2) The national park is closed due to safety issues related to COVID-19, and (3) The government issues a Level 3 Alert due to safety issues related to COVID-19

  • In the event of snowy weather conditions, you are required to cover the cost of installing snow chains on the vehicle. The cost will be determined based on the charges set by local providers

  • The shuttle service requires 6 participants to travel. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
