A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
This itinerary is an unguided itinerary, providing dolphin boarding and a "Taipei-Yilan" roundtrip shuttle bus only
In order to avoid travel delays, the tour will depart on time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the departure time. If you are late, you will not be able to reschedule or refund
The peak season for whale watching is from April to October every year. Due to the different weather every day, there is no guarantee that tourists will be able to see whales and dolphins. Passengers cannot request refunds for this reason
In case of typhoons, blizzards, and other bad weather conditions, it will be decided 1 day before departure (8:00 pm) whether the tour will be canceled or not, and will be notified by email at any time afterward
for those who are prone to seasickness, please take seasickness medicine first in order to avoid medical disputes. Please note that the boat operator cannot provide seasickness medicine
To ensure your safety, be sure to wear a life jacket at all times on-board
Please do not throw anything into the sea or feed sea creatures
It is recommended to bring a telescope to get a better view of the animals and sights. Please take sun protection measures in advance like wearing sunglasses, sunscreen, a sun hat, and a thin long-sleeved jacket (shirt)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
