This is a cozy, luxury yacht. Staff there all well train, especially my guide Jack, he provide so much help to me throughout the trip!

I couldn't find the ticket exchange location described on the website, so I lined up at the regular ticket counter and was directed to a different location. It was on the same premises, slightly to the right, but it was hard to find for a first-timer. However, upon closer inspection, it did say KKday. It seemed that the seats were assigned when I applied. I had applied for VIP seats and was given seats in the center. I thoroughly enjoyed the play itself without needing a guide, and the Japanese person sitting next to me also used a guide at the beginning but seemed to have taken it off in the second half. The puppets moved so well that it was hard to believe they were being controlled from so far away, and it was a very enjoyable watch. The music was also played live on both sides, which was very impressive. It was a play I would like to see again. I enjoyed it so much that I bought a puppet as a souvenir. Most other people didn't buy one, but the puppets were also moved by strings, and 280,000 VND didn't seem too expensive.

I thought I could call a taxi with Grab after arriving in Vietnam, but given the current congestion, I was worried about not being able to get one on the day, so I used this service. A taxi was waiting for me when I exited the arrival lobby. So, I got to my hotel stress-free after arrival. I would like to use it again if I take a night flight.
