It was easy to book and when using the chat function via KKday, they responded quickly. I booked returned trip separately to and from the airport, both went smoothly. They message you via KKday app around your booking time to let you know the car number. Great for family’s with large suitcases, the V Class comfortably fitted 4 large suitcase and 2 carry on.

Buying tickets for KK Day was very convenient and smooth. Entry was easy using your Home Return Permit at the entrance. Please arrive early as it gets very crowded, and there's a security check at the entrance; they thoroughly inspect your belongings. Strollers are available for rent before entry; a deposit is required, which is refunded upon return. Renting a stroller is highly recommended if you have children, as they will be very tired after a full day of activities and can rest in the stroller. The song and dance performances inside are mainly in Mandarin, and overall the children had a great time.
