Pickup counter in arrival hall is easy to locate. This is same place for return even though one will alight in departure hall when taking next flight, whether it be returning home or continuing journey. No worries though, just go down one level to arrival hall to return. Turn on device when retrieve from customer rep, ensure phone’s WiFi is turned on, and when device id pops up, select it, and enter passcode. You should be connected to internet, google map, text, etc. The only con is passcode is a string of numbers. If a QR code could be made available to populate the required fields, the process would become even simpler. Also very cost effective. Depending on usage, may have to charge device late afternoon or early evening hours.
It's quite beautiful at night; at least the views from the stands are excellent. The staff guiding the tourists seemed a bit jaded... even during a long holiday, there were very few people... perhaps due to its inherently poor location, taking the shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa Palace still requires a 5-10 minute walk (in Grand Lisboa, it's a very empty shopping mall). I don't know if this will continue... if you're interested, you can check it out. Maybe because I'm a bit overweight, the shuttle only took about 1.5 minutes (my friend, who is thinner, took several tens of seconds longer).
