I got this fast track service at Hà Nội airport. It was very fast to pass the custom without waiting in the regular long lines. If you only have a Carry-on, I highly recommend you. Just check out fast then leave the airport. But if you have check in luggages. You still need to wait your luggages come out at the luggages claim area. This time, because it was Vietnamese new year , it took me 2 hours to collect all my luggages. It was so frustrating. Anyway. It's still a good service.
