Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Regarding cancellations, there may be cases where the sea conditions suddenly become rough on the day of the course and the course cannot be held. We will contact you the day before or on the day of your reservation to inform you of the cancellation. On the day, we will assess your physical condition and decide whether or not the course can be held, while talking with you. Please note that in some cases the course may not be held.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • If the sea conditions are bad and diving is prohibited, you can go to other areas. In this case, the following additional fees will be charged: Expedition fee (Higashiizu area) + 2,160 yen (tax included) Expedition fee (Westizu area) + 3,240 yen (tax included)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
