The booking was easy. The driver communicated with us a day before for confirmation a day before thru whattsup. We even forgot to leave the key of our Airbnb so have to go back on a short distance. The driver was already waiting before our scheduled time of pick up. Our trip was smooth. The driver was helpful in loading and unloading our luggages. The van was clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us with 4 large luggages and 3 small luggages. Over all it was a good ride. We will book again the next vacation.

It was so much fun! I wanted more! If I have the chance to ski again, I will definitely do it again, especially in November when there are fewer people and I can take the chairlift as many times as I want.

Arrangement was easy and smooth, driver is very professional and gave clear instructions where to wait for him. I did not top up for name placard service. The provided car was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for this service especially when travelling with small kid.

The driver drove a bit fast, but he was very nice. Because it was a small group tour, the schedule was flexible and could be adjusted according to the time and weather, which was a great experience. It was foggy at first, but thankfully the weather improved, and we enjoyed the unique scenery of Mt. Omuro. It was excellent value for money.

The weather was great, so it was wonderful to be able to take in the majestic Mount Fuji. The air was clean and delicious. It was a nice change of pace. I thought the price was a little high, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a great memory. I bought the advance ticket with a 500 yen discount, thinking it was a good deal. However, relaxing while enjoying the view with a coffee set is even better value and recommended. It was great to be able to see Mount Fuji, Sagami Bay, and the Kano River all around. There are many maple trees, and they are lit up during the autumn foliage season, so I would like to go up before sunset and enjoy the night view, and I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.
