• Each person may bring one piece of luggage free of charge, regardless of size. Please make a clear note when registering. If luggage is not specified in advance, resulting in insufficient space on the vehicle and overcrowding, the driver/guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the trip. Those aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and be accompanied by someone aged 22 or above throughout the trip. Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and other special needs are not allowed to participate in this tour.

1. If there is heavy traffic or severe congestion on the day of departure, the itinerary may be changed. Please follow the instructions of your tour guide. Furthermore, as Japanese law explicitly regulates drivers' working hours, for everyone's safety, we hereby declare that in the event of the above situations, our tour guide reserves the right to shorten the time spent at attractions or reduce the number of attractions visited, and to advance or extend the meeting and dismissal times. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Refunds will not be available for this reason!
2. To avoid any losses, please do not book other activities on the same day, including restaurant reservations, attraction bookings, and flight or train tickets. Please be aware of this!
3. Vehicle size will be adjusted according to the number of participants. Suggested vehicle types: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard or equivalent; 9-14 seater: Toyota Hatch or equivalent; 18-22 seater: minibus; 22 seats and above: large bus. Actual vehicle size will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day of the tour.
4. Small car driver also acts as tour guide, large vehicle driver + tour guide, but the driver and tour guide do not accompany the passengers into the scenic area.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
