1. The shuttle bus ride from Naha city center to the snorkeling shop was very comfortable; the bus was clean and had plenty of seats. 2. The staff and instructors at the snorkeling shop were very friendly and attentive to all group members. The instructors were fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and their instructions were clear and reassuring. 3. The snorkeling trip, though short, was very rewarding. We saw many tropical fish, had a feeding session, saw the beautiful Blue Cave, and had some free time to swim. 4. The showers and changing areas were open-plan. The hairdryers were quite good and had strong airflow. 5. At the end, we received Okinawa noodle food vouchers, which could be redeemed at the noodle shop next door; the noodles were quite delicious. 6. The lockers were only suitable for valuables like phones and wallets; other bags could be placed in the open lockers. 7. Both the outbound and return buses stopped at American Village, so we got off there on our return trip to have dinner and watch the fireworks before taking the 8:15 PM last shuttle bus back to Kokusai-dori, which was very convenient.
The bus was clean and comfortable. However, the wait was a bit long in the morning because the bus stop was crowded with tour buses and local buses. The driver was very friendly and handsome, but once on the bus, the ride was very relaxed; the rest was up to the bus. This was the most relaxing part of the day. The bus also plays Chinese audio guides, but you can easily listen to them on your phone if you want! There's an interesting story about the origin of the name "Mount Manzamo," as well as guides for each stop. I recommend it!
