This family trip (8 people) to Kyoto's Amanohashidate and Ine Funaya was absolutely fantastic! From exploring the popular cafes at Ine Funaya and taking a yacht trip to feed the seagulls, to riding the single-person cable car at Amanohashidate for panoramic views, and finally ending perfectly with the Tango Maritime Railway, the entire day was packed with activities and never a dull moment! A special thank you to our guide, Ms. Lai, who was not only kind and attentive but also very professional in sharing the stories and origins of many attractions, making the trip both enjoyable and fulfilling. The whole family raved about it and highly recommends it! We'll definitely go again next time!
Amanohashidate is one of Japan's three most scenic spots. Taking the cable car to the top of the mountain offers a truly breathtaking and stunning view. Thanks to our guide, Mr. Hu, for his professional and informative explanation; I learned so much! It's a pity we were a bit rushed and couldn't fully appreciate the beauty, leaving a slight regret. I look forward to returning next time to explore Amanohashidate properly and truly experience its charm. 😊
No need to figure out complicated transfer routes yourself; there's a private car pick-up and a friendly guide (Tomoe BA) to lead the way, making things much easier. The scenery at Amanohashidate is absolutely stunning, and the view from the cable car up to Hiryu-kan is incredible! We also enjoyed a boat trip and feeding the seagulls in Ine Bay along the way, which was a lot of fun. Overall, the itinerary was very smooth, the timing was perfect, and it was great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short trip to the suburbs!
Our Chinese-speaking driver, Shin Nakatani, was excellent and punctual. He arrived at the restaurant early to wait for us, and his driving was steady. My family all said the overall experience was fantastic! 👍
