Picking up my order at the Kwun Tong apm store was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and courteous, the pickup process was quick and easy, and the items were beautifully packaged.

Redeeming gift certificates is convenient; you can pick them up today if you buy them last night. There are credit card discounts available, making them great value.

The venue was clean and the service was satisfactory. The selection of dim sum was plentiful and of good quality. The kitchen steamed all orders without missing a single one, and the food was prepared quickly; even if orders were frequently missed, the wait wasn't too long. The self-service food selection was also quite extensive. Overall, very satisfied, and I highly recommend the Cotton Chicken.
