【Luggage Information】 

  • Maximum luggage capacity: 28-inch x 2 + 24-inch x 2. 
  • If the number of passengers is less than the maximum limit, you may bring an additional amount of luggage. 
  • If passengers carry excessive luggage or large, valuable items, such as for moving, attending exhibitions, precious paintings, or photography equipment, a cargo fee will be charged. 


【Customs Clearance】 

  • Please do not carry prohibited items or untaxed valuable goods through customs. 
  • If you need to specify a port, please contact customer service. * If there are children under 3 years old, wheelchair users, or elderly people over 65 years old, you may use the priority lane. 
  • Except for the Shenzhen Bay Port (Shenzhen to Hong Kong direction) where you do not need to get off with your luggage, all other Shenzhen ports require passengers and luggage to get off. At all Hong Kong ports, passengers and luggage do not need to get off.

  • If the pickup location is Shenzhen Airport or Hong Kong Airport, please enter the flight landing time and include your flight number and whether you have checked luggage in the remarks.

  • Additional stops: For every stop added outside the direct route, a fee of 100 RMB per stop will be charged. 
  • Overtime waiting: 30 minutes of free waiting time for boarding, 15 minutes for additional stops, 30 minutes for customs clearance, and 90 minutes after the flight arrives at the gate at the airport. Overtime waiting will be charged at 200 RMB/hour.
