【Luggage Information】
- Maximum luggage capacity: 28-inch x 2 + 24-inch x 2.
- If the number of passengers is less than the specified limit, a certain amount of additional luggage may be carried.
- If passengers carry excessive luggage or large, valuable items such as for moving, exhibitions, precious paintings, or photography equipment, an additional cargo fee will be charged.
【Airport Pickup Instructions】
- If the pickup location is Shenzhen Airport or Hong Kong Airport, please enter the flight arrival time and include your flight number and whether you have checked luggage in the remarks.
- If passengers choose the meet-and-greet service, the driver will wait in the airport arrival hall holding a sign with the passenger's name.
【Additional Fees】
- Additional stops: For every stop added outside the direct route, a fee of 100 RMB per stop will be charged.
- Overtime waiting: 30 minutes of free waiting time for boarding, 15 minutes for additional stops, and 90 minutes after the flight arrives at the gate for airport pickups. Overtime waiting is charged at 200 RMB/hour.
