Meeting point: Usually in front of the ski resort's rental shop or the lift ticket lobby. You may also discuss a convenient meeting point (within the ski resort) with your instructor.

Instructor contact: A post-booking group (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat) will be created based on the contact information you provided, and the instructor will contact you there.

Equipment rental tips: In Japan, ski equipment rentals generally include only the snowboard/ski, boots, and poles. Ski jackets and pants are also available. Some well-equipped shops may rent out helmets. However, they generally do not rent gloves, socks, goggles, head warmers (neck gaiters, scarves, masks, beanies, towels, sunglasses, or UV-protection glasses). It is recommended to confirm in advance if helmet rental is available and to bring your own gloves. Ski boots should be snug rather than loose. Provided they do not cause pain, it is best to wear them slightly smaller and tighter. Ideally, your feet and insteps should not move, your heels should feel secure, your big toe should be able to wiggle slightly, and your lower legs should be tightly wrapped.
