Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification via KKDAY message. On the day of the tour, please tell the guide your name before boarding the bus. Please note that we do not send separate vouchers.

- The departure time is 7:40. ** Boarding is available from 7:20, so please meet on time.

The guide will not contact you individually on the day of the tour. There will be absolutely no refunds if you are unable to board due to personal reasons, no-shows, or lateness.

- The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants (10) is not met. We ask for your understanding that even after confirmation, the tour may be changed or cancelled due to insufficient bookings or bus issues.

All seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please consider the seat you take as your reserved seat and proceed with the tour. Please ensure the front seat is left empty to allow the guide to conduct the tour smoothly.

We recommend arriving on time for the meeting. Please note that since this is not a private tour, you may be seated separately from your companions.

- What is Raku Tour? Raku Tour is a tour led by veteran Korean guides affiliated with the company. To ensure the safety of our travelers, we are covered by travel guarantee insurance. In addition to the tour insurance, we recommend purchasing personal travel insurance before traveling abroad.

You can tour areas that are too overwhelming to cover in a single day using a top-class, comfortable bus. We do not rush the tour and provide ample rest and free time.

- Please purchase at the same price for both children and adults.

- Infants under 24 months of age are not permitted on the tour due to the long duration and safety reasons. Please be sure to note that you may be asked to disembark midway if you board without prior notice.

- Young babies and children often cry or fuss during long tours. As this is a group tour, please take good care of your child's condition.

Due to the nature of the tour (long distance, safety concerns), pregnant women and the elderly must inform us in advance before making a reservation.

We ask for your understanding that we may withdraw midway if the service continues to cause harm to other customers.

- Please be sure to use earphones when using personal electronic devices. As this is a group one-day bus tour, please do not cause inconvenience to others.

- Participants may be removed at the discretion of the organizers if deemed ineligible to proceed with the tour. We hope you have a more enjoyable and fulfilling trip by maintaining good manners.

- If you plan to bring a suitcase or stroller, please inform us in advance. We are unable to provide assistance in case of damage or loss.

- Please understand that the schedule and times are subject to change depending on real-time local traffic and weather conditions.

Rates are subject to change at any time depending on local conditions or the date. Please note that if you cancel and rebook due to pricing issues, the refund policy for the previous booking will apply.
