1. Overtime Fee Details:
5-7 seats: ¥5000/hour
10 seats: ¥8000/hour
14 seats or more: ¥10000/hour
18 seats or more: ¥15000/hour
2. If accommodation is required in cities other than Fukuoka, an additional ¥8000 accommodation fee will be charged to the driver.
3. For total distances exceeding 300 kilometers, a fee of ¥300 per kilometer will be charged.
Reminders
Child seats are not mandatory; please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide one child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies the space of 1.5 people, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity; please confirm beforehand. Additional child seats will incur an additional fee of 2000 yen per seat per day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
The total duration of the private charter car service is 10 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are both hotels or guesthouses in Fukuoka city (for pick-up and drop-off in other locations, the driver will be given time to drive or an additional fee may apply depending on the actual situation). The service hours are 08:00 - 21:00. It is recommended to plan your departure time accordingly to make the most of your time at the attractions.
Empty vehicle fee: There may be a price difference if the departure or return location is different. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after you place the order.
Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp number, or WeChat ID when ordering (after leaving your ID, please enable the "Add to Friends" setting so that our local staff in Japan can contact you promptly).
After placing your order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it promptly for easy communication and vehicle arrangement. The supplier will send you driver information one day before departure (no later than 3 hours before your ride). Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
For customers booking multiple bookings, if they stay in cities outside of Fukuoka, an additional subsidy of 8,000 yen will be provided for the driver's accommodation.
For rentals exceeding the allotted time due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will still be charged, regardless of natural causes or traffic control measures.
Any additional charges should be paid to the driver on-site. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe; no compensation will be provided for any damage.
If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund. Please be aware of this.
