- You can also use the direct bus " National Park Liner " from Matsumoto to Kamikochi. Reminders
The voucher works continuously if valid once redeemed. Please hand over your voucher to the station staff when you get off the bus and keep it safe. If lost, it will not be reissued
On the day of the experience, there may be unforeseeable factors such as bad weather, resulting in the suspension or delay of the scheduled route. It is not possible to request a refund, extend the use period, or change to other alternative means of transportation in this case
If you get off at a place other than a designated stop, the voucher will be deemed invalid
Some routes are seasonal fares only. Please confirm your desired route in advance
If you want to take the Goraiko bus, you need to purchase a seat ticket for JP¥300. Please pay directly on-site in this case

- The e-voucher will be sent to your email. Please present a printed voucher to exchange it for a physical ticket at the designated location
Voucher Redemption Period
- Valid for redemption within 30day(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration
- Validity period after redemption into physical tickets: Valid within 2 days from the start date of travel.
- Valid for 2 days after redemption; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
