• Guests who are minors must bring a consent form signed by a family member on the day of the activity; guests aged 12 or under must be accompanied by a parent (parents are not allowed to wait on the boat while their children participate in activities in the water alone).
• Prescription-corrected face shields are not provided for this event. Guests with nearsightedness are advised to wear disposable contact lenses.
  
• The vessel you board may be changed without prior notice, and participants cannot claim a refund or compensation for this reason. (The vessel photos on the booking page are for reference only.)
• Even in rain, activities will proceed as scheduled if the seas are calm and it is safe to do so. The decision to sail or not is made by the experienced captain. Cancellations and refunds due to personal reasons (such as bad weather, car trouble, illness, etc.) will not be accepted.
• Generally, we will not contact you individually before the event unless there are changes to the event or the departure time of the shuttle bus. Please check your message board after 3 PM the day before the event.
• In case of strong winds, high waves, or other adverse weather conditions, the activity will be cancelled for safety reasons. In such cases, participants can reschedule free of charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued through the platform.
  
• For safety reasons, participants in the following situations will not be accepted for registration, or those who violate the following rules on the day of the event will be unable to participate in the event or board the boat, and no refund will be issued:

1. Applicants must be under 5 years old or over 61 years old.
2. Weight exceeds 120 kilograms.
3. Pregnant women, those with physical disabilities, those with mobility impairments, those suffering from mental, circulatory, respiratory, or cardiovascular diseases, those with claustrophobia, those with hypertension, asthma or pneumothorax, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, those with medication habits, those who have previously undergone surgery, those with serious illnesses, or those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover on the day of their illness are not eligible.
4. If the on-site instructor determines that a tourist's physical condition is unsuitable for water activities, or if the tourist's health condition does not meet the establishment's standards for participation on the day of the activity, please contact us. [Regarding pick-up and drop-off service]

• The pick-up and drop-off service is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the pick-up and drop-off vehicle is full, the service will not be available.
• After 3:00 PM Japan time the day before departure, there will be no change of pick-up and drop-off locations. Please assemble at the pick-up location you filled in at the beginning.
• There is no space to store luggage in the shuttle bus or at the port, so please do not bring luggage to the event.
  
• To maintain cleanliness, eating is prohibited inside the vehicle.
• The times listed on the reservation page are the departure times for the shuttle bus. Please arrive at the meeting point early to wait for the bus. Latecomers will not be waited for. If a passenger misses the shuttle bus due to their own reasons or being late, they will need to pay to go to the port meeting point on their own.
• Guests who are wet will be refused boarding the shuttle bus. Please dry yourself off before boarding.
