If you need a child seat or booster cushion, the first one is free of charge, and the second one or more will be charged 2,000 yen each (payable on site). Please contact customer service in advance and fill in the required quantity in the remarks column. Please understand that the quantity is limited and there is no guarantee that it can be arranged.
The general service time is from 8:00 to 22:00, whichever is greater. If the time exceeds the above range, an extra-time service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (less than one hour will be counted as one hour and paid on site). In addition, if the use time exceeds 10 hours, an additional overtime service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (less than one hour will be counted as one hour and paid on site).
The driver will arrive at your designated pick-up time and wait for up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, an additional 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (payable on site).

The regular service time for private charter car is from 8:00 to 22:00 (Japan time). If you wish to use a car outside the regular service time, please contact customer service for confirmation first.
The pick-up and drop-off hotels or addresses must be within the Tokyo city area. If you want to get on or off in other areas, please contact customer service for confirmation.
The private charter car service time is 10 hours. If it exceeds 10 hours, additional overtime fees will be charged. Please contact customer service in advance for confirmation.
When booking, please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity. If the number of people and luggage does not match the order information or the vehicle cannot carry more than the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse to pick you up and no refund will be made.
Our customer service team will serve you during office hours from 9:00 to 23:00 (Japan time).
Please fasten your seat belt when riding for safety.
Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. No compensation will be given if they are damaged.
In order to maintain the overall comfort of the environment, please do not eat or drink in the carriage to avoid inconvenience to other passengers. If the carriage becomes dirty, cleaning fees, time delay fees, and delay or cancellation fees for subsequent orders will be charged as appropriate.
