Due to requests from national and local governments, the fireworks display may be forced to be canceled or its contents changed.

During the Obon period, the area is expected to be very crowded, and the return time may be significantly delayed depending on road conditions and local conditions. In addition, depending on the traffic and congestion situation, the time spent on site may be shortened or omitted, or the itinerary may be changed. Please note that even if the return time is significantly delayed, we will not be able to cover the cost of accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc.

Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., or for non-participation. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.

Children (3 years and over) will be charged the same rate and receive the same services as adults.

The fireworks display will proceed rain or shine, but may be cancelled in the event of severe weather. If cancellation is decided by the day before the tour departure, the tour will be cancelled. We will contact the representative and refund the tour fee. Also, the decision to cancel on site will be made on the day, and in unavoidable circumstances, we may be notified of the cancellation on the morning of the day.
