Taku was very attentive to everyone's well-being, and both adults and children had a great time. We were lucky enough to see two sea turtles, and the clownfish were super cute!
The staff were very friendly and patient, and I took a lot of beautiful photos. Although there was no Chinese-speaking tour guide, there was an English-speaking staff member who could communicate easily. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
I participated in a stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling package this time. The shop has a lot of staff, so there's no need to worry about the awkward situation of multiple groups of guests having only one instructor. The explanations are also quite detailed, and the instructors keep a close eye on each guest's condition at all times. They also provide all-English service for people who don't speak any Japanese, but it's a little more difficult if you don't speak either English or Japanese. It's a bit of a pity that the shop's photography equipment is a little old. Although the composition is great, the image quality is just average. However, it doesn't affect the enjoyment of the experience. Thank you!
The driver spoke Japanese, so a translation device was needed for basic communication. He drove the whole family smoothly and had a good experience. He even helped buy tickets for Gyokusendo Cave. He was also okay with waiting in case of overtime. Thank you.
Although the car wasn't as new as I'd imagined, it was generally clean. On a hot summer day, the cool air conditioning as soon as I got in was a wonderful treat. The driver, while not very talkative, was very accommodating to our requests for sightseeing and answered any questions. Because we were traveling with elderly relatives, the driver was considerate of our needs when getting on and off the bus. He was very kind and made our trip very pleasant.
