Please provide your cruise date and arrival time. Our 5-hour private charter car service for Okinawa Main Island only covers southern and central Okinawa. For areas north of Chatan Town, please choose an 8-hour or 10-hour private charter car. Please specify the number of passengers and luggage. For safety reasons, the driver reserves the right to refuse transportation if the vehicle is overloaded.
There is no mandatory requirement for children under 6 years old to use safety seats in vehicles operating in compliance with regulations in Japan.
Please note that safety seats are not available on Ishigaki Island and Miyako Island. All drivers are Japanese-speaking.
For self-guided tours on Okinawa Island, the first child safety seat is free. Additional child safety seats will be provided at 2,000 yen each and must be paid to the driver on site.
Overtime charges for private charter car on Okinawa Main Island will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay in cash in Japanese Yen. Overtime charges for Japanese and Chinese vehicles are: 2,500 yen/30 minutes for 5/6 seats; 3,000 yen/30 minutes for 7 seats; 3,500 yen/30 minutes for 10 seats. Any time less than 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes.
The service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00 (local time in Japan). An additional 1,500 yen per 30 minutes will be charged directly by the driver before 7:00 or after 21:00. Please pay in cash in Japanese Yen.
If you would like to add a bus tour guide to Okinawa Main Island, please pay 22,000 yen per day per platform, payable on site.
Driver Meals & Tips: 5-hour bus use: 2,000 yen/bus/trip; 8-hour bus use: 4,500 yen/bus/trip; 10-hour bus use: 4,500 yen/bus/trip. Okinawa Main Island Private charter car Deadlift Fee: Charged by area. If either the departure or end point is within a toll area, a one-way deadlift fee will be charged. If both the departure and end points are within a toll area, a round-trip deadlift fee will be charged.

Remote area surcharge = long-distance fee + empty vehicle fee. In addition to the empty vehicle fee, the long-distance fee is also charged in the suburbs east of Nago City and the areas north of Higashi Village and Kunigami County.

10 or more seats: Additional fee of JPY 12,000
If the private charter car time ends early, the price difference cannot be refunded.
After receiving the successful booking email, the Chinese customer service will contact and confirm the itinerary about 3 days before departure. Please turn on the "Add Friend" setting.

Reminders
Overtime fees, out-of-hours fees and additional safety seat fees are charged directly by the driver. Please pay directly in cash in Japanese yen.
Please keep your valuables and fragile items safe. No compensation will be given if they are damaged.
Please fasten your seat belts and urge children not to play in the car to avoid injuries caused by emergency braking of the vehicle.
Please note that barrier-free vehicles are not available and there is no WiFi on board.
According to Japanese traffic laws, drivers must have at least 30 minutes of rest time after driving for more than 2.5 hours.
There is no mandatory requirement for children under 6 years old to use safety seats in Japan. If you need it for private charter car buses on Okinawa Island, please make a note when booking. However, safety seats are not available on Ishigaki Island, Miyako Island or buses. Please understand.
- The 5-hour private charter car service for Okinawa Main Island is limited to southern and central Okinawa. For areas north of Chatan Town, please choose the 8-hour or 10-hour private charter car service. From Ishigaki Island, the charter private charter car to Tamatorizaki Observatory takes 6 hours; and to Hirakubozaki, the charter private charter car takes 7 hours.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
