Xudong the driver was punctual and attentive in the Toyota Alphard used to transport my family of 6. It was good to have a Cantonese speaking driver.

Very helpful and accommodating service provider. Last minute booking of 2 x 10 seaters. Was able to provide local advice to Okinawa and go above and beyond to help make inquiries to restaurants for reservations. Highly recommended!

The arrangements were well-organized and orderly, and we were able to see the whales smoothly. The staff were very responsible throughout the process, and their attitude was excellent.

This activity was perfect for me to take my toddler, who's under 3, to see the underwater world! The water in Chuanping Bay is crystal clear, and the underwater life is incredibly diverse! The captain was amazing; he knew exactly where the fish lived and showed us so many different kinds of creatures! We were a little late for our scheduled time, but the staff were very helpful and immediately arranged for the next session (about 15 minutes later). They were all super nice! I recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time, as it's less than a 5-minute walk from the meeting point to the shore, and there are restrooms along the way. This will make the trip more relaxed and enjoyable! After seeing the fish, you can also browse the souvenir shops!

Although the driver didn't understand Cantonese, he was very helpful, communicating with us using translation software and managing the time perfectly. The driver himself was also very polite and helped take photos.

This was a wonderful trip, allowing me to experience many different and beautiful places, their scenery, and the local people. It was drizzling that morning, and the driver thoughtfully provided umbrellas and enthusiastically helped me take photos, creating wonderful memories. Thank you again!
