Purchase Notice
- 參加對象為滿3歲以上至65歲以下。
- 未滿18歲之旅客，單獨參加活動時，請務必提供家長同意書。
- 未滿12歲之旅客，不可單獨參加活動，請務必由家長陪同參加。
- 無需經驗，初學者也可參加。
- 體重限制：20～120公斤。
- 認知障礙、身體有殘缺、行動不便者、患有精神疾病、循環系統、呼吸系統疾患、高血壓、中耳炎、癲癇、糖尿病、肝臟類疾病、宿醉、有服用藥物習慣及當天有飲酒的客人恕無法參加行程，若當天發現或發覺，將無法獲得補償或退款。請在預約前先評估好自身的身體情況。 如有疑問或不確定的地方，於預約前詢問過後再進行預約。若無事先詢問，活動當天才告知者，無法以此為由要求退款或補償。
- 無論過去是否曾患有上述疾病，即使目前無須服藥，亦無法參加此活動，請知悉。
- 孕婦及疑似懷孕者恕無法參加。
- 如因上述健康因素於當天判定無法參加，恕不提供退款或任何補償。
- 活動期間可將隨身行李放置於工作人員車內保管。（現場亦有付費置物櫃，但距離停車場較遠，建議將行李放於租車或工作人員車內）
- 海龜為野生動物，依當天海況可能無法遇見，恕不以此為由退款。
- 可接受外籍旅客參加，活動當天沒有中文服務，工作人員會用簡單英文對應，基於安全考量，如不能以日文或英文溝通，請勿參加。
- 因天氣或海洋情況，當天活動的集合地點、開始或結束時間有可能會變更。

- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
