I used the service provided by SeA Travel Team on April 18 and April 19 for transportation between Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, and I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The driver was professional, punctual, and drove safely. The minibus itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities, making the ride very pleasant. I would especially like to commend Ms. Mogo Nguyen, the customer service representative, for her outstanding support. She responded to all of my questions very promptly, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the trip. I also appreciated that she proactively followed up after the service to check whether everything went well. That level of care and professionalism truly impressed me. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely choose SeA Travel Team again for future trips to Vietnam.

驚訝洞真的很驚訝🙀一個比一個大很特別，洞裡涼爽舒適，英雄島真的很累，體力不夠的請三思。加12美金坐快艇還蠻值得的，刺激有趣，風景也很美。（但是就不會進入洞穴內，走另外比較遠的路線） 船整體來說很不錯，乾淨舒適，也很新！ 巴士司機開的穩穩的，內部也蠻乾淨的！ 導遊Henry是個幽默的人，很nice，從開始到結束都維持著很棒的微笑👍負責的好導遊👏👏👏

Our tour guide Henry is very professional and shares a lot about Vietnam's history along the way, giving you a deeper understanding of the country. The trip can be a bit tiring, with a lot of mountain climbing, but you also have the option to skip it. I highly recommend it. It's definitely worth it. Ha Long Bay is beautiful!
