1. Age Restriction This service is suitable for all ages. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Transportation & Pickup Area Complimentary Pick-up & Drop-off: Available within Hanoi Old Quarter area. Outside Service Area: Surcharges may apply for hotels located outside the Old Quarter (to be confirmed by the operator after booking).

3. Maximum Passengers & Vehicle Types Sedan/SUV: Maximum 1-3 passengers with light hand luggage. Minivan/16-Seater Van: Maximum 4-6 passengers with light hand luggage (ensuring a spacious and comfortable ride). Note: Since this is a full-day round trip, passengers are recommended to bring only light daypacks or handbags. Large suitcases should be left at your hotel in Hanoi.

4. Surcharges & Policies No extra charge for early morning pick-up (from 07:30 AM). Extra stops or detours not included in the standard itinerary may incur additional fees (payable directly to the driver). If the actual number of passengers exceeds the booked capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and no refund will be issued.
