<<Traffic Conditions>> Pickup times at hotels may vary depending on traffic conditions on the day. If there is a significant delay in the pickup time, Panda Travel will contact you using the local contact information provided at the time of booking.

<<Meeting Time>> In principle, the bus will depart without waiting if you are not at the meeting point at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel on the day or will be late for the meeting time, please contact the emergency contact number listed on your booking confirmation.

Force Majeure: Even after your booking is confirmed, the tour may be canceled or its content changed due to local circumstances, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

<<Drinks>> Drinks during meals are not included in the price unless otherwise stated. If you would like drinks, please order them separately at the restaurant.

<<Personal Belongings>> Panda Travel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. Please manage your luggage and personal belongings carefully during the tour.

Note on tour schedule: Due to traffic or other circumstances, the tour may end significantly later than scheduled. Please note that we do not cover any additional costs for meals, transportation, or accommodation resulting from such delays. Additionally, the schedule and time spent at each attraction may change due to traffic or other factors. No refunds or discounts will be provided if the time spent at any attraction is reduced.

<<Notes on Mosque Visits>> Due to mosque circumstances, tourists may be denied entry without notice. In such cases, you will only be able to view the exterior. Please note that no discounts or refunds will be provided if you are unable to view the interior.

<<Clothing Requirements 1>> You cannot enter mosques or Batu Caves if you are wearing clothing that exposes your skin, such as shorts or sleeveless tops. At the Pink Mosque and Blue Mosque, robes and scarves are available for rent at the entrance, and you will be required to wear them. Men must also wear robes if they are wearing shorts. You must take off your shoes when entering the mosque for a visit.

<<Clothing Requirements 2>> Robes and scarves are not available for rent at Batu Caves. You cannot enter if you are wearing clothing that exposes your shoulders or skin, such as camisoles or sleeveless tops. Women should wear clothing that covers their ankles, and men should wear clothing that covers their knees. If you are wearing revealing clothing, please bring a cover-up to hide your shoulders and skin.
