Visit the places where he fought, laughed, and lived, and hear his story through his letters. Learn about the war, why it happened, and how the soldiers experienced it.

End your tour at the soldier’s grave, gaining a deeper understanding of the human side of the war.

The tour takes around 5 hours (transport included), pickup and drop off location can be in and around Bruges.

This is a private personalized tour exclusively for you and your group. There will be no other tourists joining the group. You will be guided by one of our experienced battlefield guides in and around Ypres. We can change the course based on your interests and preferences. If you wish you can extend your time in Ypres after the tour with lunch or dinner, explore the city at your own pace and return to Bruges whenever it suits you.
