- Child Ticket: Children aged 2–12 years with a height between 100–140 cm
- Children under 100 cm enter free of charge.
- Children 141 cm or taller are charged the adult rate.

- The price does not include optional activities inside Safari World, such as Jungle Cruise, Giraffe Feeding, Tiger Feeding, or any other optional activities and meals.
- The price does not include the entrance ticket to Chocolate Ville. Guests who wish to enter may purchase tickets at the entrance for THB 150 per person. The admission ticket can be redeemed for a beverage or used as a dining credit inside Chocolate Ville.
- The famous Giraffe Terrace is part of the Marine Park. Please note that from April 1, 2026, an additional entrance fee of THB 300 per person is required to access the Giraffe Terrace. This fee is payable on-site and includes one can of giraffe feed per guest.
- If the actual number of travelers differs from the number specified in the booking, the tour may be canceled without a refund.
- Guests may choose to be dropped off either at ODD FAIRS Night Market or back at their hotel.

Due to unavoidable factors such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, holidays, road closures, or accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may differ slightly from the scheduled time. Customer service will notify you in advance in the event of a delay.
Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time for the scheduled departure. The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
Please carefully check for personal belongings or valuables before getting off or on the vehicle to avoid unnecessary loss.
Under Thai traffic laws, passengers in all seats are required to wear seatbelts. Failure to do so, if caught by the police, will result in a fine of 5,000 Thai Baht per person (to be paid by the guest).
