- Guests will receive a notification about the pick-up time from the tour guide via text message, phone call, or WeChat by 10:30 pm local Thai time the day before the tour
- If you don't receive a notification from the tour guide, reach out to customer service for assistance
- On the day of the tour, please be on time and wait in the hotel lobby or designated meeting point. Check-in using the name you used when booking
- This is a shared transfer service. The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes; failure to show up will result in automatic forfeiture of the tour with no refunds
