- The spa has the right to reject the booking if they find that you have this condition without a refund
- If you use the service even though you know that you shouldn't, the spa won't take any responsibility for your abandonment of the advice. This is by the Law of Thailand. - Please ensure all valuables are kept with you at all times and check your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for any loss claimed
- Customers who are unsatisfied with the service, please inform our staff within 10 minutes. Otherwise, the service fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
