You will make one "Nerikiri", a traditional Japanese sweet, and then experience a tea ceremony in the tea room. Kuromoji (a stick used for eating Wagashi) in a cute kimono origami container is optional.
The color is a powdered extract from fruits and vegetables, so it is healthier for the health. “Nerikiri” is not only delicious but comes in a variety of shapes, including many kinds of flowers and the type varies by season. Specifically, "chrysanthemum" and "fireworks" are made in this workshop.
