Very happy with the service from the agency and the guide. Unfortunately had to reschedule twice due to transport delays, and they were happy to accommodate. Mimi is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about Melaka’s rich history. She also organises the tour in a way with activities in between to keep engagement high. She’s also made sure to let her guests try local games, food, and drink. She also accommodates her tour based on the clients needs such as timeframe. Overall I really enjoyed the tour experience, and will remember much of what Mimi had shared!
