• Question 2: After your reservation, we will send you a final confirmation message via Activity Japan. If there are any discrepancies between the plan page and the details, the final confirmation message will take precedence. It contains important information such as participation conditions and cancellation policy, so please be sure to check it. If you agree, please reply with "Yes"!

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event may be canceled in case of inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs in such cases.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• Please note that the following conditions are not applicable to snorkeling and skin diving: ○ Cardiovascular disease ○ Epilepsy, neurological/brain disorders ○ Lung and respiratory diseases ○ Mental and behavioral disorders ○ Asthma ○ Diabetes ○ Pregnancy After booking your scuba diving trip, you will be asked to provide your medical history to our diver medical team. If you have any other concerns regarding illnesses, medical history, major surgeries, hospitalizations, or current prescription medications, please contact us in advance.

Other special notes:

• ・During the summer snorkeling tour, due to the heat, we require you to wear a life jacket over your swimsuit while snorkeling. If you are concerned about sunburn, please bring your own protective gear such as a rash guard. ・Towel sandals are limited in number. We prioritize customers who contact us after booking. ・The free photo and video package includes 20 photos and 1 video. GoPro rental is available as an option for 2200 yen. Customers who rent a GoPro can take unlimited videos, so please let us know even after booking if you wish to do so. If your mobile phone/smartphone does not have enough storage space, we may not be able to transfer the photos immediately after the tour. Approximately 3GB of storage is required. ・Feeding the fish is free. One piece of fu (wheat gluten) is provided free of charge per group, but if you would like to feed more, additional fu is available as an option for 200 yen. ・If you do not have a swimsuit, you can use your own clothes that can get wet. ・The tour can be held even in rainy weather, but in the event of poor sea conditions, we may need to discuss changing the diving/snorkeling point. In the event of unavoidable cancellation, we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the location. ・If you are late due to traffic congestion, flight or bus delays, or your own troubles, the time you spend in the water may be shortened, or we may not be able to guide you into the water or you may not be able to board the boat. In such cases, it will be considered your fault, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare. ・We will primarily communicate with international customers in Japanese. If, due to booking circumstances, we are unable to provide an instructor who speaks your preferred language, we will use a translation app. ・For cancellations due to customer reasons, the cancellation policy will apply.
