Product Info
Comic World Taiwan (CWT) is the most iconic doujinshi event in Taiwan and the largest doujinshi convention catering primarily to female fans. Held since 2002, it has a history of over 20 years, with three major exhibitions held annually in Taipei, two in Taichung, and three in Kaohsiung. The term 'doujin' originates from Japanese, referring to like-minded friends; thus, 'doujinshi' refers to books and magazines created and published by groups of like-minded individuals. CWT is not only a gathering place for doujinshi enthusiasts but also an essential venue for creators to showcase their work and connect with others. Each event attracts a large number of local and international fans of doujin culture, serving as a vital platform for them to share their creations and exchange ideas.
