✅ Pre-tour Checklist
1) Basic Refund and Change Policy
- No-shows on the day are non-refundable.
- As we adhere to the principle of departing on time, being late will be considered a no-show without prior notice.
- If the tour is canceled before departure due to a natural disaster, a full refund will be provided.

The meeting time and departure time are different.
After the meeting time, the guide will move to a vehicle to prepare for departure, so they will not remain at the meeting location.
Please make sure to arrive on time for the meeting.
If you arrive after the meeting time and fail to meet the guide, resulting in your inability to board, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
2) Regulations regarding aircraft cancellations
- 100% refund upon submission of a flight cancellation certificate (including passenger names) * However, same-day flight delays are non-refundable.
Customers arriving or departing on the same day are not eligible to use the tour, and refunds due to this reason are not available.
- U-Tour Bus is not responsible for flight boarding delays or failure to board.
3) Cancellation due to personal reasons
- Refunds are not available for minor health issues such as a mild cold, fever, stomach upset, or hangover.
- Cancellations due to personal reasons, such as schedule changes or a simple change of mind, are non-refundable.
- Illness of a child (minor) → Full refund for the child + 1 guardian upon submission of a medical certificate (If both guardians cancel, the additional guardian is non-refundable)
- Illness → Refund available for one person upon submission of personal medical certificate
- Emergency return → 100% refund upon submission of relevant documentation
4) Schedule changes due to sudden weather or local road conditions during the tour
The tour is conducted as planned; however, the following changes may occur in the event of unpredictable situations, such as severe weather (heavy rain, typhoons, heavy snow), earthquakes, Japanese holidays, or local road conditions (construction, accidents, traffic congestion).

- Wait safely at rest areas, service areas, etc.
- Some tourist attractions may be omitted or changed to alternative itineraries.
- If highway traffic is halted or safe driving is impossible, stop the tour and return to the starting point.
■ Information regarding refunds and delays
We ask for your understanding that the above situation is a force majeure event beyond our control, and therefore, a 100% refund is not possible even if the schedule is changed, shortened, or canceled midway.
- Due to detours and safety waiting times, arrival times at tourist attractions or the end time of the entire tour may be significantly delayed. We ask for your understanding as these measures are taken with your safety as our top priority.
5) Notes on Use
- Suitcases can be loaded into the bus luggage compartment.
As seating is not assigned, please remain in the same seat you were seated at departure until the end of the tour to prevent any issues.
6) Regarding party and vehicle assignment
- If you have made a separate reservation from your party, please be sure to inform us in advance. If you make an individual reservation without prior notice, you may be assigned to a different vehicle from your party. Additionally, changing vehicle numbers may be difficult on the day before or the day of arrival depending on seat availability.
