Purchase Notice

The tour conductor will not accompany you. The bus crew will do the proxy service during the round trip bus boarding time.

The minimum number of participants is 15. If the number of participants is less than the minimum, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure. If there is no reservation by the 21st of departure, we may cancel the event.

[Yoshidaguchi Route] After arriving at the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, we will divide you into groups according to the instructions of our representative, so please follow the instructions of the representative.

All courses will be held in case of rain. However, in case of heavy rain such as bad weather or typhoon, we may contact you in advance to cancel the tour. Please be aware that the climbing and (optional) Ohachi-meguri may be cancelled at the judgment of the local guide or the Mt. Fuji Guidance Center due to sudden weather changes on the day. In this case, there will be no refund of the travel fee.

The altitude is over 2,000m above sea level. During the climbing process, the air is thin and there is a risk of altitude sickness, so please be careful not to lose sleep or have a hangover on the day of departure. * After arriving at the 5th station, it is recommended to take a break of at least 30 minutes and start climbing after getting used to the altitude.

There is a large difference in temperature between the flat land and the top of the mountain. Even in the middle of summer, the top of the mountain can be below freezing, so please be careful when taking measures against cold, wind and water.

If you give up climbing the mountain on the way due to poor health, etc., and if you stay or rest at a mountain hut other than the one you are planning to stay on the day, you will be charged for the accommodation fee and rest fee, and there will be no refund of the travel fee. In addition, you will have to go down the mountain by yourself, and the guide will not be able to accompany you.

Depending on the weather and the route, you may not be able to see the sunrise. Also, during the peak season, you may not be able to climb due to the traffic jam on the trail.

The walking time within the course is only an estimate. It may change drastically depending on the climbing situation.

It will be a joint climbing with guests departing from other areas. Please note that if the arrival at the 5th station departing from other areas is delayed due to traffic conditions, we may ask you to wait until the start of the climbing.

Please pay 1,000 yen (per person / optional) as Mt. Fuji conservation donation by yourself.

For the Yoshidaguchi route, a usage fee of 2,000 yen (per person / paid locally) is required in addition to the conservation donation.

From above the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, there is a tip charge (about 100 to 300 yen each time), so please prepare some small change.

Water is precious at Mount Fuji and all of it will be charged. Please calculate and prepare for the usage other than drinking water.

[Yoshidaguchi Route] There is a junction on the way down the mountain, so you need to be careful. (Be sure to turn left at the junction of the lower Edoya near the 8th station of the lower road in the direction of Fujiyoshida, Kawaguchiko and Subaru Line.) If by any chance you take the wrong way down the mountain, you will have to go home at your own expense.

The mountain hut is a mixed-gender shared room, and during rush hours each person may be allotted less than one tatami mat. There are pillows, futons and blankets, but there is no running water or bathing.

Dinner at the mountain hut will be a simple menu such as curry and rice. Breakfast will be a light meal such as a portable bento or bread.

As a general rule, the decision of the lodge for the lodge Omakase Plan is made on the day of departure.

It's the same bus for both ways, so you can put your belongings that you don't need for climbing in the bus, but please be sure to keep your valuables by yourself.

Depending on the number of visitors, it may be operated by medium-sized buses, microbuses or Hiace Commuter.

The return bus will leave on time, so please be punctual. Please note that you cannot change the time, section or refund for the return bus at all.

The schedule may change drastically. In that case, please be aware that we will not be able to accept any refund.
