[Forest Adventure Terms of Use]
- Eligibility: Elementary school 4th grade or older / height 140 cm or higher, weight up to 110 kg
- Junior high school students and younger must participate with a guardian the age of 18 and above or someone with equivalent qualifications
- Up to 3 children can be accompanied by one parent
- High school students do not need to participate with a guardian. However, filing out a pledge and accompanying a guardian from the ground is required
[Clothes and rules when using Forest Adventure]
- Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and are easy to move in
- If you have long hair, tie it up with a hair tie.
- Please wear sports shoes that you are used to wearing. No high heels or sandals are allowed
- You can bring smartphones, cameras, etc., but you are responsible for any damage caused by dropping or impact
[Notes for the Glamping Plan]
- Setting off fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited. Only handheld fireworks can be enjoyed (until 9:00 pm)
- Open flames are prohibited. Please bring a bonfire stand. (Rentals are available at the facility) *However, the use of a bonfire stand in front of the cottages is prohibited
- The use of equipment that emits loud sounds, such as karaoke, is prohibited. Please pay attention to the volume of music players, car audio, etc. (only allowed until 9:00 pm and prohibited at night)
- Pets are allowed. Other facilities and sites are not permitted in principle

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
