Second Child Seat Fee

Overtime Fee
If the vehicle usage exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of JP¥5,000 per hour will be charged, payable directly to the driver on-site.
Late-Night Service Fee
The regular charter service hours are 07:00–22:00. For service beyond this time, a late-night service fee of JP¥2,000 per hour will be charged, payable directly to the driver on-site.
Vehicle Cleaning Fee
If severe damage or mess occurs inside the vehicle during the ride (e.g., vomiting, unpleasant odors), a cleaning fee of JP¥25,000 will be charged.

The regular charter service hours are 07:00–22:00. If you require service outside these hours, please note it when placing your order for customer service confirmation.
A late-night service fee of 2000 JPY will be charged from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The rental period is 10 hours. Overtime fee is 5000 yen per hour, payable to the driver on-site.

- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
