We used their one-day private charter service from Osaka to Nara and Kyoto, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. Our driver, Mr. Han, was exceptionally professional, punctual, and reliable. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but Mr. Han went above and beyond by providing shortcut walking routes and helpful local tips that saved us both time and energy throughout the day. 這次在行前已妥善安排並提醒我們該注意的事項及接機時間，出發前也再次確認並提供司機聯繫方式，但當天因為同行家人因故延誤出海關，讓司機先生等候許久真是抱歉，一路上平安將我們送達住宿地點，很是感激，服務非常良好，五星好評！

我們是家人出遊，有老有小，直接找機場接送是最方便，而且車子的座位都很舒適，我是預定阿法的，而且司機開車也很穩，都不會給你晃來晃去，聯絡也都很快，尤其是會說中文實在安心許多，以後我都會訂接送了，實在太方便了，這是我第一次使用kk day預訂接送，這個服務真好！對了 不好意思給司機拍照，我也沒有拍車子，所以沒有照片，還有想說司機開車是工作中，我們也不敢跟司機一直聊天，但是整個途中很滿意👍

Very convenient pass giving access to several places, including Hiroshima and Kanazawa. We wanted to fully explore the Kansai region and this pass allowed us just that experience. Would definitely recommend for those planning to travel to several destinations within the Kansai region.
