Due to the long travel distance, actual arrival times are heavily influenced by traffic and weather conditions. The times listed above are estimates only. Please do not book any activities immediately after the tour, as the operator will not be held liable for any losses caused by delays.

The time spent at each attraction is based on the overall itinerary. Please manage your time during free activities and ensure you adhere to the meeting time and location provided by your guide/staff to avoid affecting the rest of the tour.

Once the tour has started, if you choose to leave the group, end the tour early, or skip certain attractions/experiences for personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of service. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the itinerary, transportation, or admission tickets. You are responsible for your own safety and any related costs while separated from the group.

In the event of traffic congestion, traffic control, severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, temporary closures of attractions, equipment maintenance, or other force majeure, the organizer will prioritize passenger safety and the smooth operation of the tour. The itinerary may be adjusted, postponed, or canceled based on actual conditions, and you will be notified accordingly.

During Japanese public holidays, weekends, and peak travel seasons, highways may be congested and attractions crowded. Return or dismissal times may be delayed. It is recommended to avoid scheduling tight transport connections, restaurant reservations, or other activities on the evening of the tour.

To maintain a clean environment in the vehicle, please do not consume food that has a strong odor, is prone to spilling, or may disturb other passengers. If you cause any dirt or damage to the vehicle's equipment or seats, you may be charged a cleaning or repair fee in accordance with the bus company's regulations.

Please keep your cash, passport, mobile phone, camera, and other valuables safe. Carry them with you when leaving the bus or during free time. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage.

If you board the sightseeing boat: Please be aware that there are many eagles in the Ine Funaya area. If you spot eagles, please stop feeding the seagulls immediately and put away any feed to avoid being pecked by the eagles.

Tour products do not include admission tickets. You may purchase relevant attraction tickets from the guide on the day of the tour.

During peak seasons or other special circumstances, the departure time may be earlier or slightly delayed. The specific departure time will be confirmed via email one day before the trip. Please be prepared accordingly.

Transportation, sightseeing, and duration during the tour are subject to actual conditions on the day. In special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of activities after obtaining guest consent, provided that no attractions are removed from the itinerary.

Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests speaking other languages on the same vehicle.

Each guest may bring one piece of luggage for free. Please note this in the 'Special Requests' section when booking. If you do not notify us at least one day in advance, it may cause crowding in the vehicle and affect driving safety. The guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided. Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn foliage, special flowering periods, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery, hot spring seasons, and festivals) are highly susceptible to weather and other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If the event is not explicitly canceled by official sources, the tour will proceed as planned. No refunds will be provided if flowering or special events do not meet expectations. Thank you for your understanding.
