Start the class with a visit to the local gardens where the farmers grow aromatic plants and spices used in the daily preparation of the dishes. Join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it, follow their steps as you rake the ground, sow, water, and pick vegetables

Head to the local market, where you gather the ingredients for your class, You might also learn some tips of “bargaining” when shopping. Before you start cooking, taste some authentic Vietnamese coffee. Indulge yourself in Vietnam's vibrant coffee culture.

After all activities, go to the home of a local family where you will begin your cooking lesson. Your guide will teach you how to cook Vietnamese food and share valuable information in Vietnamese cultural cuisine. Truly experience the warmth and hospitably of a Vietnamese meal!
