The cruise strictly says "NO" to plastic waste and provides free filtered water in the restaurant for guests to refill their personal bottles. Amenity kits are available at reception, but guests are encouraged to bring their own.
- Dietary Requirements: The cruise offers a fusion of international, seafood, and Vietnamese cuisine. Please advise of any specific food preferences, dietary needs, or food allergies at least one (1) week before departure.
- Mandatory Registration: Port authorities insist on advance registration including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number. A valid passport is strictly required at check-in. Port authorities may deny boarding if these conditions are not met.
- Itinerary Changes: Inclement weather, tide levels, and operating conditions at sea may force changes in the cruise itinerary and schedule at any time. Kayaking and swimming excursions, in particular, may be canceled or relocated due to rough weather.

Transfer Service (Option with Round-trip Shuttle/Limousine): Pickup and drop-off services are complimentary for hotels located within Hanoi Old Quarter. Guests staying outside this area must gather at the designated meeting point inside the Old Quarter prior to departure.
Self-Arranged Transportation: Guests who do not book the transfer service are required to arrange their own transportation to Tuan Chau International Port (Halong City) and present themselves at the Bhaya Cruise Lounge for check-in.
Please arrive at the Hanoi meeting point or Tuan Chau Port at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure smooth boarding, as transfers and cruise departures operate strictly on schedule.
