Dietary Requirements: A fusion of international, seafood, and Vietnamese cuisine is served onboard. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements, food allergies, or special meal requests
Transfer Service (Option with Round-trip Shuttle/Limousine): Pickup and drop-off services are complimentary for hotels located within Hanoi Old Quarter. Guests staying outside this area must gather at the designated meeting point inside the Old Quarter prior to departure.
Self-Arranged Transportation: Guests who do not book the transfer service are required to arrange their own transportation to Tuan Chau International Port (Halong City) and present themselves at the Bhaya Cruise Lounge for check-in.
Please arrive at the Hanoi meeting point or Tuan Chau Port at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure smooth boarding, as transfers and cruise departures operate strictly on schedule.
