📣 Please Note!

Depending on the booking status, we may proceed directly to Wat Umong without visiting the Night Bazaar or U Nimman meeting locations.

1. If all members of the booking are meeting at the Night Bazaar, we will proceed directly from the Night Bazaar to Wat Umong (no visit to U Nimman; conversely, if the group is meeting at the Night Bazaar, no visit to the Night Bazaar).

2. In the case of a booking of 8 people for the Night Bazaar and 12 people for U Nimman, we will pick up one group from the Night Bazaar and one group from U Nimman separately, then proceed directly to Wat Umong. - If 2 of the 8 Night Bazaar members wish to move to U Nimman to meet, the tour cannot proceed due to exceeding the vehicle's capacity (the 2 members meeting at the Night Bazaar will be treated as a no-show).

※ We are not responsible if you are unable to join the tour because you wait at a location other than the scheduled meeting point on the day of the tour.

※ If you wish to change the meeting location, please request a change at least one day in advance and be sure to wait at the reserved meeting location. (Meeting location cannot be changed on the day of use.)

Purchase Notice

  • Infants aged 2 years and under ride for free. However, as they are not assigned separate seats, they must be held by a guardian during the ride.
  • The pickup from the Deer Statue in front of the main entrance of U Nimman Chiang Mai Hotel follows the Night Bazaar pickup, so the vehicle may be delayed by 5–10 minutes depending on local traffic conditions. (However, if the vehicle arrives earlier than 17:00, it will wait until 17:00 before departing.)
  • If you are late for the meeting time, we cannot wait for you due to other guests joining the tour, even if you contact us in advance. If you are late, it will be treated as a no-show, making changes, cancellations, and refunds impossible. Please make sure to arrive on time.
  • The vehicle is a van with a maximum capacity of 12 passengers, and child car seats are not provided.
  • As this is a join-in tour, you are not allowed to bring suitcases, strollers, or wheelchairs.
  • Although it rains frequently during the rainy season, the tour will proceed as scheduled. (Cancellations or changes on the day of the tour due to rain are not possible.)
  • If departure is not possible, we will contact you individually to provide information regarding schedule changes or cancellations. The time and schedule are subject to change depending on the circumstances of the tour on the day.
  • After the tour, please inform your guide directly whether you would like to be dropped off at Nimman or the Night Bazaar.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
