• For guests staying in Ha Long: Please arrive at Tuan Chau Marina on time ( 11:30AM- The tour guide will pick you up from 11:30Am - 11:50 AM ). Transfer from Hanoi is not included unless a package with transfer service is selected.

• For guests selecting a Hanoi pickup package: Pickup is available from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Due to traffic regulations and narrow streets, some hotels may not be directly accessible by bus. In such cases, guests may be requested to walk a short distance to the nearest convenient pickup point.

• Guests staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter are kindly requested to make their own way to Hanoi Opera House and be ready by 8:10 AM. The tour guide will pick you up between 8:10 AM and 8:35 AM. As morning traffic in Hanoi can be busy and travel time may vary, we kindly recommend departing early to ensure a timely arrival. To ensure a smooth departure for all guests, the bus is only able to wait for a limited time at the meeting point.

• Estimated pickup time in Hanoi Old Quarter is between 07:30 and 08:30 AM depending on location. Final pickup details will be confirmed one day before departure.

• From Friday to Sunday, drop-off may be arranged at the nearest accessible point to your hotel due to pedestrian streets and traffic restrictions in the Old Quarter.

• The itinerary, departure time, activities, and transportation arrangements may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, traffic situations, operational requirements, or instructions from local authorities. Any changes will be made to ensure the safety and best possible experience for all guests.
