Service duration: A private charter car day lasts for 10 hours between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Pick-up time: The time scheduled by the customer when booking
Note: The driver will not accompany guests into tourist attractions

If the vehicle is not fully occupied, one additional 24-inch piece of luggage can be placed for every vacant seat. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, the driver reserves the right to refuse service, and the order will not be refunded.

When placing your order, please specify your chosen route in the order notes.
The vehicle model listed is for reference only. If the above model and color requirements cannot be provided, a vehicle of the same class will be used instead. Please fill in the actual number of passengers (including infants and children) when ordering.
The number of passenger seats will decrease as the number of pieces of luggage increases. Please check vehicle information before booking to select the most suitable vehicle, and clearly specify your number of passengers, luggage, vehicle seats, and luggage dimensions when booking. If the information you provide does not match the actual situation on-site, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the service.
If you require child seats, please specify the number in the remarks section when booking.
Bookings must be made 2 days prior to the departure date; vouchers will be automatically issued immediately.
If overtime occurs due to severe weather, traffic congestion, or traffic control, overtime fees will be charged as normal.

Overtime fee
A private charter car is available for 10 hours between 7:00 and 22:00. Additional overtime fees will be charged for any time exceeding this period, payable in cash to the driver on the same day.
7-14 seat vehicles: 6000 yen per hour
21-seater vehicle: 10,000 yen per hour
One child seat is provided free with each order; additional child seats will incur a charge of 2000 yen each, payable on the day of purchase.
