The number of passenger seats will decrease as the number of pieces of luggage increases. Please check vehicle information before booking to select the most suitable vehicle, and clearly specify your number of passengers, luggage, vehicle seats, and luggage dimensions when booking. If the information you provide does not match the actual situation on-site, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the service.
If you require child seats, please specify the number in the remarks section when booking.
Bookings must be made 2 days prior to the departure date; vouchers will be automatically issued immediately.
If overtime occurs due to severe weather, traffic congestion, or traffic control, overtime fees will be charged as normal.

A private charter car is available for 10 hours between 7:00 and 22:00. Additional overtime fees will be charged for any time exceeding this period, payable in cash to the driver on the same day.

One child seat is provided free with each order; additional child seats will incur a charge of 2000 yen each, payable on the day of purchase.
