During business hours, operating hours may be shortened or lift operations may be suspended on short notice due to snowfall or other weather conditions, but no refunds will be given in such cases.
In the event of JR Shinkansen cancellations or ski resort closures due to weather conditions, we will refund the full amount of your travel expenses. Please be sure to cancel your reservation through KKday before issuing your JR Shinkansen tickets.
Please note that some ski resorts may require a deposit when exchanging your ticket. This deposit will be refunded when you return your IC card.
